£120.00 per month
Online training can be a cheaper and more efficient way of making progress towards your fitness goals for those who are self motivated and already familiar with basic movement patterns. Workouts are tailored depending on whether you are doing them at home, with or without equipment, or in a gym.
You will receive a 4 week program of exercise. Initially there may be an element of experimentation as we establish what fits in to your lifestyle, what movement patterns you enjoy and how often you are realistically able to train. In general I would recommend strength training 2-4 times per week, plus an additional 2-3 aerobic sessions.
Nutrition guidance - Whilst I don’t give out eating plans, I do provide nutrition guidance. Again the approach taken is the one what works best for you. You might prefer a habit based intervention, looking at gradual lifestyle change, or a more rigid macro nutrient split with calorie totals to aim for. Whichever approach we take, we will work through everything together.
After an initial video consultation, you will receive a further video call every month to check-in. This is an opportunity to discuss progress, including both the positives and negatives of the program. Your feedback is then used to create a new 4 week block, specific to your needs.
Every week we will do an email check-in to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments. Daily email contact with me is available when needed. My aim is always to get back to you within 24hours.
In-person 1 on 1
For beginners I recommend training together, in person, with a frequency of 2-3 times a week for the first 2-3 months. When learning a new skill it is beneficial to practice it as often as possible and with expert guidance in order to stay safe.
For more experienced exercisers, a minimum of one session a week works well. As an 'in-person' client I also provide a training program that you can follow when we are not working together. By training more than once a week you will achieve you goals far quicker.
Nutrition support is also included in the price of your training sessions.
Cost of a single session is £40.00.

About Me
I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach, mother and fire fighter. I believe that women are societally underserved and deserve more. My hope is that through exercise, sensible nutrition guidance and the support of likeminded woman, I can help you take the first steps towards a brighter, more aspirational future.
As a PT my role is to take what I learn about you and your goals, combine it with my knowledge and experience, plus current scientific evidence to create a program tailored specifically to you. Your experience of coaching should feel like a two way street rather than wholly prescriptive. I cannot do the work for you, but I will be there to guide you every step of the way. My aim is to lead you safely and efficiently towards a fitter, stronger, happier, healthier YOU.
All I need you to bring is the desire to make a change and the belief that you can.
