North Star Training processes personal data solely for the purposes of delivering safeguarding training, responding to enquiries, and managing bookings. 

We comply with: 

• UK GDPR 
• Data Protection Act 2018 

We only collect: 

• Contact details (name, role, email, organisation) 
• Booking records 
• Session attendance numbers 

We do NOT collect: 

• student personal data 
• safeguarding disclosures beyond factual safeguarding concern logs shared with the commissioning DSL 

Secure storage: 

• Encrypted digital storage 
• Restricted access 
• Data retained only as required for legitimate purposes 

Disclosure handling: 

Where safeguarding concern information is recorded, it is passed to the organisation’s DSL and not retained beyond reporting requirements.
