Terms & Conditions - North Star Training

We’ve kept these terms and conditions clear, straightforward and easy to understand.

Working in partnership with you to deliver safeguarding awareness sessions doesn’t need pages of small print — just shared understanding, clear responsibilities and a commitment to keeping young people safe.

1. Booking: Training is confirmed once written agreement is received.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled session may incur charges.
3. Safeguarding: Safeguarding responsibility remains with the commissioning organisation. A Designated Safeguarding Lead must be present or available for youth workshops.
4. Scope of service: North Star Training provides training only and does not undertake investigations or case work.
5. Payment: Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
